Fleet Technical Management

In order to fulfill the operator's EASA Part M Subpart G Requirements for Continuing Airworthiness Management, AvioTech’s Technical Management Services typically consist of:

• The Monitoring & Recording of aircraft operating data:

o Calendar Times
o Flight Hours/Flight cycles
o PIREPS (pilot reported defects)
o Acceptable Deferred Defects
o Maintenance Actions
o maintenance and safekeeping of Aircraft Technical Records

• The management of the Operators approved Maintenance Programme:

o production, development and amendment of an approved Maintenance Programme
o control, administration and implementation of the approved Maintenance Programme
o analysis of the effectiveness of the approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme

• The management and control of maintenance requirements:

o control of out of phase maintenance requirements
o production of Scheduled Maintenance "due list" work forecasts
o issue of Scheduled Line and Base Maintenance work requirements
o Maintenance planning on off-wing engines
o Production and ongoing development of Engine Workscopes

• The Maintenance Administration of Life Limited Component's:

o The production of Life Limited Component control and removal forecasts.
o The Management of Rotable Component's records and release certificates.

• The chairing of periodic Technical Review meetings with the customer.

o periodic Airworthiness Directive Review meetings with the customer.
o evaluation, planning and where appropriate, implementation of Service Bulletins.
o evaluation, planning and where appropriate, implementation of Airworthiness Directives.
o periodic Service Bulletin Review meetings with the customer.
o The performance of Engine Condition Trend Monitoring

• The chairing of periodic Reliability Review meetings with the customer.

o The production of Aircraft Reliability reports.
o The production of monthly aircraft status reports.
o Aircraft records storage and archive management.

• The production and control of Aircraft, Engine and Equipment Airworthiness Directive Compliance Statements and Service Bulletin Compliance Statements.
