Business Model The AvioTech business model is designed to provide Airline/Aircraft Operators with an outsource option for the management and control of the delivery of their Part M Sub Part G responsibilities. AvioTech can provide this outsource option as a Total Package or as a limited activitiy dependant upon the Operators need. AvioTech entered the Support Business with a full complement of staff who where both experienced and very competent in their various fields. We have a staff and management team who have spent many years in the Airline support business and can deliver to the most demanding customer or regulatory requirements. Technical Management services were historically performed by the airlines "in-house" but changes in airline management philosophy towards cost within their own business model have made it more attractive to outsource such services. It is true that changes in regulatory requirements framework have also made it easier for airlines to consider this course of action. AvioTech recognise it is still a new and somewhat bold decision for airlines to outsource the technical management of their operating fleet and that to do so Operators need a very high level of confidence in the associated organization. Operators are however moving towards this option and AvioTech are currently performing ongoing Continuing Airworthiness Management services for a number of aircraft operators and a variety of aircraft types. The AvioTech OASES Engineering System enables customers to remotely oversee and monitor the technical performance of their fleet from both the reliability and cost point of view. Aircraft Maintenance Providers often offer to perform Technical Management functions for operators as an addition to the maintenance services. In our experience it is clear that these services take second place to their primary business of maintenance and they are often only offered to get the aircraft maintenance to "lock in" the custom. It is typically a very limited service and not one that is a primary focus to ensure the Airworthiness of the Operators aircraft. AvioTech specialize and provide a dedicated focus on EASA Part M Sub Part G requirements and deliver a total service that is second to none in respect the Airworthiness management of the Operators aircraft. We have demonstrated that having a separate and stand alone Airworthiness management function pays dividends in respect to the planning, implementation and management of maintenance activities. AvioTech Technical Management Services comply with the Maintenance Management requirements prescribed by the European Regulatory Authorities under the publication JAR OPs Sub Part 'M' and EASA Part 'M', Sub Part 'G'. |
